Shipping is charged by weight of the package, and calculated automatically. It is charged at the current rates of the shipping service you choose (eg, Royal Mail 1st Class Standard), plus a small handling and packaging fee. This small fee covers the cost of our packaging, labelling and printing, and currently does not exceed 25p, but depends on the service chosen. Most orders will have a shipping method available for less than £1.50.
Under Distance Selling Regulations, we are obliged to accept returns within 7 days of receipt, and order cancellations within 7 days of ordering. Any returned items must be in the condition they were received in. We photograph all products before dispatch for comparison. You MUST contact us, using the contact us page (link at the top of any page on this website), BEFORE returning an item to us.
Please note that, regardless of location, all products remain the legal posession of Koonuki Wear (Jones & Keany) until full payment has been received and cleared, and held by us for 14 days. This helps to protect us and our customers from fraud.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The most cost effective shipping method, Surface Mail, will take several weeks to reach you, but costs very little (around £3/$6 for a standard order). Unfortunately, our website is currently having issues with international priority delivery, and is not displaying this as an option with orders. But GREAT NEWS, we are able to offer you a shipping method that only takes a few days. If you would like to use this shipping method, you may contact us, or more conveniently add a comment to your order, and we will contact you with the difference in cost. You may then select which method to ship by, or cancel your order if you wish to. |
